Arriving at Dreams Sands Cancun Resort & Spa was a mix of highs and lows. the property's older charm was evident, but in need of updates. However, the warm staff quickly upgraded us to the Preferred Club, offering top-notch service and a much-improved room. the elegant decor and stunning views of the Caribbean Sea from our room were truly captivating. the all-inclusive experience was convenient, with a daily stocked minibar and gourmet dining options at the nine different restaurants on-site. the two pools, one with a swim-up bar, provided ample relaxation spots with plenty of loungers and cabanas to unwind. the beachfront location within Cancun's hotel zone was ideal, just a short walk from shopping, restaurants, and the convention center. The staff's exceptional service stood out, offering attentive care from the moment we arrived. As a vegan, I appreciated the variety of food options available, making dining a delightful experience. Despite some initial concerns from Although the property may benefit from renovations, the magical ambience and welcoming atmosphere made our stay truly memorable.
